We saw plenty of rain last night, with some areas receiving over an inch and a half. Strong winds even caused downed trees and power outages for some. Winds have eased slightly but will pick up again later tonight. This morning started with a few passing showers and dense fog, but conditions will improve throughout the day. It stays mild, with highs in the 50s.
Colder air arrives on Friday, bringing morning temperatures near freezing. It will feel even colder as a westerly wind is expected to produce gusts up to 30+ mph again. Over the weekend, highs will only reach the 40s, but spring-like temperatures are expected to return later next week.
