        NEW & NOW: Delightfully quiet day with a chilly, seasonal start. Feels like temps hover in the mid-20s to 30s for most under clear skies. Highs near 55-61 degrees with sweet sunshine.
        NEXT: We are stepping into spring in the best way - warmer than normal temperatures and rain showers on Thursday afternoon into overnight. Friday morning temps will be chilly with a possible flurry (that's how cold it COULD be)... The weekend looks quiet with cooler temps.
        TODAY & TONIGHT: Quiet, sunny, seasonal. Highs near 63. Overnight lows 39.
        WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs near 65. Lows near 43.
