Pop star Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty Friday to impaired driving in his Sag Harbor case.
Timberlake was arrested in June after village police said he ran a stop sign and smelled of alcohol.
The 43-year-old says he only had one drink.
In court, the judge agreed to reduce Timberlake’s sentence from DWI to DWAI.
Timberlake is required to make a public service announcement and complete 24 hours of community service to a nonprofit of his choice.
Timberlake also has a $500 fine and $260 surcharge.
His license is suspended for 90 days.
