It happened just before 12:30 p.m. when a truck crashed through the guardrail, striking two parked trucks, according to officials.
Fairfield fire officials said the driver suffered injuries, and the two other trucks were unoccupied.
Police are investigating whether a medical emergency was the cause of the crash.
