7h agoA teenager was arrested in New Rochelle after he was found with over $90,000 in check from the U.S. Treasury, police say.
New Rochelle police stopped the vehicle around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday for previously driving off from an NYPD traffic stop.
When the 17-year-old was not able to provide any identification, he was arrested. Police then found 24 checks made out to 24 different individuals.
