        Police: Swatting incident leads to Medford school lockdown

        Township of Medford police say Lenape Regional High School was put into lockdown just after 11 a.m.

        A Burlington County high school was put into lockdown on Tuesday following what police are calling a swatting incident.
        Township of Medford police say Lenape Regional High School was put into lockdown just after 11 a.m. after receiving a call about an incident of violence at the school.
        Multiple police departments came to the school to search the building and found no threats to students or staff.
        The lockdown was lifted after about two hours.
        Anyone with information about the call is asked to call the Township of Medford police.
