At least three minors are in custody following a series of social media posts threatening schools in Gloucester and Camden counties, according to officials.
The posts prompted officials in several school districts to close on Monday as a precaution, including schools in Deptford and Woodbury Township.
Harrison Township police say that three people were identified as suspects in this case, including one juvenile from Woodbury, one juvenile from Glassboro and a 15-year-old from Mullica Hill.
Officials say that there is not an active threat against the schools, but that extra police will be patrolling the area as a precaution.
It was not immediately clear what charges the juveniles could be facing.
