9h agoNewark police are actively searching for a suspect following a deadly stabbing in the parking lot of a ShopRite located on Springfield Avenue.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on Monday night where 56-year-old Rodney Mayes from East Orange was fatally stabbed.
According to authorities, the stabbing followed some form of verbal dispute. No description of the suspect has been released yet.
