Police are searching for a man they said broke into a bodega by cutting a hole in the business's roof.
It happened in the early hours of Nov. 1st at the Smith and 9th Street Deli in Carroll Gardens.
Police said the man stole $900 from the cash register and store merchandise before climbing back through the hole and catching a Manhattan-bound D train at the nearby 9th Street/4th Avenue subway station.
They say he even stole a box from the back of the store that stored surveillance footage.
Police this week released surveillance video of the man in the subway carrying a large bag.
