        A Roosevelt man is facing charges after police say he impersonated a detective.
        Leonardo Argueta approached a female victim involved in an argument outside of Ruby Deli, police say.
        Police say he identified himself as an undercover detective and handcuffed the victim.
        Argueta then let her go after she and others threatened to call the police.
        Police are asking anyone else who may have been a victim to contact them.
