The deadly shooting happened Jan. 12 on Utica Avenue in East Flatbush.
A dollar van pulled up next to another dollar van double parked. Shots were fired and a van takes off.
Police said 25 year-old Johanci Chapman was shot in the arm and later died at Kings County Hospital.
The motive for the shooting is unknown.
