A Norwalk man is accused of stabbing a man and then stealing his cellphone early Thursday morning, police say. The incident happened just before 12:30 a.m. near 125 South Main St. The victim told police he was stabbed in the upper chest just below his collarbone and that his cellphone was taken during the incident. He was treated at Norwalk Hospital for injuries that were not considered life-threatening. After reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses, Cristian Euceda was found near Grove Street. Police say Euceda had a knife in his possession and the victim's cellphone. Euceda's charges include robbery. assault, threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon. He is expected to appear in court Feb. 26.
