Four teenagers from New Rochelle were arrested for stealing a car and fleeing from police in Mount Vernon, police said.

The incident began when a car was reported stolen on White Plains Road.

Officers pursued the vehicle, catching up with the driver in Eastchester.

The driver crashed into another car, and authorities say the four teens fled on foot but were quickly apprehended.
