Norwalk police are looking for the public's help in identifying a man who was caught secretly recording under a woman's dress Tuesday.
It happened at the South Norwalk Train Station.
Police say a woman was walking up the stairs and went to grab her purse when she noticed a man walking besides her.
She told police the man was holding a cellphone beneath her dress and was recording.
The man left when he was confronted.
