A U.S. Marine Corps veteran met his new best friend at a Long Island Ducks game over the weekend.

Cpl. Christopher Perez got to meet his new service dog, Dale.

Perez served for five years and completed two overseas deployments.

Dale was trained by Paws of War to help him transition back to life after the military.
