Two juveniles were stabbed at the Norwalk Oyster Festival on Friday, Norwalk police say.
A news release from police says officers “observed a disturbance” near Fort Point Street and Seaview Avenue where the two were found.
Police say a “male juvenile was arrested at the scene” and charged with two counts of assault.
The suspect is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center in Bridgeport until arraignment proceedings.
Police say it was not a random incident and that the suspect and victims knew each other.
They are asking the public to call the Detective Bureau at 203-854-3111 with any information regarding the stabbing.
