North Jersey Coast Line service resumes following fallen tree
Service on New Jersey Transit’s North Jersey Coast Line has resumed in both directions after a fallen tree disrupted service.
NJ Transit says that service is subject to up to 20-minute delays.
Service was suspended for a time between New York Penn Station and Long Branch when a tree fell on overhead wires in Woodbridge.
NJ Transit rail tickets and passes are still being cross-honored by NJ Transit and private carrier buses and PATH at Newark Penn Station and 33rd Street, New York.
