New surveillance video gives new insight into a shooting inside the Taste of the City Lounge back in August that
killed three people and injured 11 others.
The new video was part of the arraignment of 25-year-old Elijah Roy, who was charged in connection to the shooting.
Prosecutors say the video shows gang members exchanging gang signs before leading to an argument that then turns into a gunfight.
They claim the day after, Roy ran away to North Carolina, and he was later arrested.
Prosecutors say Roy has prior arrests including a court ruling that he can't carry a gun. Meanwhile, the defense attorneys argued for Roy to be on house arrests with an ankle monitor. The judge says he's a flight risk and will wait behind bars.
Roy faces charges, including being a felon with a gun, racketeering and assault.
Investigators say they're still searching for others involved.
