Police reported that the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Route 4 at Beach Hill Road when it was hit while attempting to turn.
The rider was taken to the hospital and is listed in serious condition.
Route 4 has reopened today after being closed Tuesday afternoon while police investigated the motorcycle accident.
