Police say a 35-year-old man was shot in the abdomen in Fordham, and they are searching for the gunman responsible.
Officers responded to the scene near 2608 Creston Ave. just after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities say the man was taken in a private car to BronxCare Health System, where he is expected to recover.
The shooter was last seen carrying a red book bag and wearing a black jacket, gray sweatpants and white sneakers.
