Howell police say 18-year-old, Jaden Thompson, of Freehold, attacked a woman walking her 2-year-old in a stroller on Nov. 17.
He is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault.
Thompson has been held at the Ocean County Jail since Nov. 29 on unrelated charges.
