Man charged in deadly Bushwick shooting of 7-month-old; second suspect still at-large
Police say a man was officially charged in the deadly shooting of a 7-month-old in Bushwick.
They say 21-year-old Amuri Green is being charged with three counts of murder, attempted murder, five counts of criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of attempted criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of assault.
The shooting happened around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of Moore and Humboldt streets.
Police continue to search for a second suspect that was involved.
Investigators say two people were riding a moped through the area — going the wrong way — when the person in the back pulled out a gun and fired multiple times.
The baby was identified as Kaori Patterson-Moore. She was struck in the head by a stray bullet while sitting in a stroller.
Police say her father rushed her to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, but she did not survive.
Kaori's grandmother tells News 12 that Kaori's 2-year-old brother was also grazed by a bullet in the incident.

Investigators believe the shooting was gang-related.
A growing memorial with flowers, photos, candles, and stuffed animals sits on the sidewalk of Humboldt and Moore Streets. Countless people in the community, like Stacy Jane, have stopped by to pay their respects. Jane says the charges are a step closer to justice.
“I mean, I think that’s a pretty good thing. That’s a great thing. We’re just waiting for suspect No. 2. It broke my heart. It’s been a lot of sleepless nights," said Jane.
Police continue to search for a second suspect who was involved.
