Friday means it's time for main street, New Jersey. And this morning we're in Sayreville, New Jersey. Law do is highlighting local businesses like she does every Friday first up is a gym and LA. Are you ready to work out? Even though you're in work clothes? I am because I want to work out when I get home guys. We're with Ben Isabella. We're at Isabella Fitness. This is not TV. Magic. Ben. These people are really here this morning. Yes, they are. They're here. Ready to go. Nice and early. Our 515 class is one of the most popular ones that we have. You know, these are the go getters at this time in the morning. You know that? Yeah, and that's your dad. It is right there. That's incredible. He's 79 years old. He started here when he was 68 and now 11 years later, he's probably in the best shape of all his life. I know. That's amazing. And you know, it is really intimidating when you look around, you see all these weights. I mean, I don't even know what half this stuff is called and it looks very heavy but anyone can do it. Yes. Yes. That's the one thing I need people to realize or like we push for people to realize is that anyone can do it. I mean, we have people in their twenties, teens, thirties, forties, fifties, sixties and beyond, grandparents, parents. So it's really important that we customize and modify anything as needed. So someone comes in here and says, well, I can't do that. Well, it's not about what you can't do it, what we can do. So we do a great job of modifying. That's one of our hallmarks is modifying and scaling exercises appropriately. So everyone can have a place. There's always a day one, everyone has a starting point and that's what is the biggest hurdle is. People think that they can't and they get in their own way. But there's got to be a, a start at some point. Day one. I want to like work out with you. We also do personal training too, right. We do, we do. So people who are we, we start everyone with, first of all, training, we can't just say, all right, Lauren, go ahead, go ahead and get started. You. What do I do? What do I use? What modifications do I have? So we start everyone with one on one so they are safe and sound when they do enter class and every coach knows their modifications, their scaling options. It's one of the hallmarks of what we do here is making people feel safe, secure. We just don't throw people into class right here in Sayreville. And how long have you been in the community? We've been here almost 13 years. I've been here personally, over 30 but as a business, 13 years. So you made it through COVID. That's incredible. We did, we have a supportive community. Everyone was super awesome and willing to make the adjustments as needed. We did a lot of home exercises and zoom and all that like everyone else and our community is really what rises here. Our coaches are amazing. Yeah. So what a great start to the war? I am feeling inspired. Hopefully, everyone at home is feeling inspired. It's time for main street, New Jersey. And this morning we're in Sayreville News. Tell New Jersey's Lauren do is highlighting local businesses there. And Lauren it wouldn't be a main street without a pizza stop, especially after that workout at the gym. Of course, we deserve it. Ns we're at Russ. We have, but we have Amanda. Ok. But that's not your last name, right? No. What, how did you get the name? It's not twin boys. Their names. Rusty and Tony. We made a Rus Tony's pizza. That's amazing. Where are they this morning? Mom sleeping. Come on. They're 18 year old boys. They're not getting up. No, they're not. But you're getting up early and you made us all this food this morning. What do we have? We got a Sicilian pie over here just came out of the oven. Look at that cheese ball right there. All right. You want a piece, maybe. Sure. We have, we have a lieutenant. No bag back there. We also have Glenn with the chicken. So we got forks guys. Ok. Chickens. Yeah. What else? Penne, vodka. A chicken parm on a jumbo garlic knot and mini cannolis. Mini cannoli Yum. So, how long have you been in business for? 12 years here? And you like it? It's not bad. Town is nice. People are friendly. We all get along with each other. We try to help each other out and then the, uh, the rolls, did the rolls come with all the meals. Yeah, you get breadsticks. They're like garlic sticks and a piece of Italian bread with every dinner. And you were saying you could put like butter mozzarella. You can make little sandwiches at them, mini appetizers. Yum and Amanda. You wanna plug your, your bracelets that you make, right? These bracelets for the community, right? Yes, I just recently watched a little over a year ago uh jewelry out of my house, a jewelry company and um we partnered up with Bombers Beyond Cafe. It's a great place in town. So we pretty much just uh selling, selling the bracelets and don't need the pro the proceeds to the bar Bombers Beyond Cafe and we are going to Bombers Beyond Cafe. So we're really excited about that. We got Forks. So Lieutenant Novak, come on, we got Glen with the uh with your Business administration. We got Forks. You can eat, you gotta eat right. It's such, no, we got a lot of support, right. You love being. Absolutely. Absolutely. Uh This community is fantastic people like, but um really make it special. They're always involved. They're always helping out and it makes it a pleasure for me to work here and work with these people to help out the community all the time and sample delicious. We're gonna get right to it guys. It's Friday and time for main street, New Jersey this morning we are in Sayreville, New. Some New Jersey's Lauren do is highlighting local businesses there. So Lauren, you're now at Royal Bakery. I can't wait to see what kind of treats they have. I know Simon Nick. I wish we had smell because it smells amazing in here. We have Peter, the Baker Joan, we have Ken. I mean, this is great over here. You have a lot of donuts behind you too and the man behind you produces it all. That's Peter R. Baker, Peter. What is the secret? How do you do all this? I don't know, sorry and working and I eat everybody and I, I like it and it's my stuff and everything. Oh, you're polish too at 50%. So we've been bonding. So we have the vodka, right? Vodka and doughnuts. And I use pastry and I eat danish and everything and the cookies and it's ready and it is better and you got everything ready for Saint Patrick's Day too. Absolutely. Especially the rye bread. Don't forget your rye bread. We're taking orders for Easter and everything here that you see that is home baked every single day except Monday, fresh baked, no preservatives in any of it. So you're getting good stuff. Look at these, there's so many Sprinkle, beautiful butter cookies. The pastries, the special pastries, doughnuts, beautiful doughnuts. These are, um, very popular around town and we have Lieutenant Lieutenant Novak eating a doughnut, by the way, guys. What do you expect that we have Brian here, Brian. You know, when I got in there, like, did you hear what Brian did? And I just like it. It's crazy. The story share with everyone that's watching at home back in 2016. As a police officer, I responded to a house fire. There was four people trapped on the second floor. They had no way out. They jumped and I caught all four of them. One being an infant. I mean, Brian, that's amazing. That's a great story to tell and I think everyone should come down and support and that's pretty remarkable to do all that. Well, thank you. Can we have a customer already? Where to go? Did he hide there? We got two customers. What are you guys buying? What are you getting c in and a muffin coffee and a muffin. What about you? We are in Sayreville for main street, New Jersey. On this Friday. Lauren de has been highlighting local businesses and Lauren. Well, we've had some uh pizza and pasta. We've had some vanilla baked goods and now, excuse me, it's time for a little seafood. I don't know what else to say. So, Nick, it's your favorite. I'm with Little John here from Sayreville. Seafood. Little John, you're the little John. How'd you get that name from my best friend that we were both Johns and he was taller and I was short and, and it stuck and it stuck. It said with the Sayreville seafood too. You, you've been here for how many years now? So when I'm 41 me, that's incredible. And you moved around, you came back down here. I am and everyone wants to follow you around. So we are, we are in the kitchen right now. We're in a kitchen. Ok. So what do you have going on? Pork roll sandwiches, bacon and eggs, my fryers, the fried fish, my broiler. And it's on, by the way, the soup is cooking. You're making clam chowder. Manhattan. Manhattan, clam chowder come and then you got the breading, my little breading area here. Just doing some shrimp. Getting ready for later. You fry it all up, fry it all up. That's amazing. What's your favorite part about being in the community here? Meeting all the people? It's nice. Yeah. And you, you have a birthday twin that's out here too, Mr Mayor. Mr. Let's go, let's go meet Kennedy. Let's go meet Mr Mayor out here. Look at this. I love it. Thanks for inviting me back here. By the way, that was really cool. Nothing else compares. I, I've lived on the west coast. I grew up in mccutcheon. I've worked in Manhattan. For 30 years. It's the people and that's exactly what little John said. My biggest crowd yet, Sammy, where are we the first? At the beginning? The enemy. Like Sammy, welcome to Bomber. I have my bracelet that I got from the pizza shop, Andrew. Thank you so much for inviting us here. You have a huge crowd. A lot of support at home. What this place is all about? Well, thank you for having us on. This is a, this is a special program for us. This is a 18 to 21 transitions program. We're associated with the school district and we help transition our young adults to adulthood to teach them the life skills necessary and they're learning upstairs. They come downstairs and they serve coffee to the community. Absolutely. Well, we're built on the community. Sayreville welcomed us with open arms a year ago and we've been able to build this amazing program because of the people of Seville. Look at this, look at all these people and does anyone want to look at this Yeah, let's give it a of, I mean, this is, this is incredible what you, what you have here. This is, this is the capsule of Sayreville. If you wanted to put it all into a store, a single store about who we are, what we are. This is it the bomber campaign on Main Street in SRE? Amazing. What would you like to say? You're ready to go? This is great. This flip program is, we don't do a lot of things right in SRE, but we sure got this right. Their enthusiasm is overwhelming.
