Oh, this, I, it just smells so good in here and I've had a chance to sample a few things as well. Delicious, you know, cocoa beans come from a tree. Sylvie Forton and her husband Benoit have been running this place for a little while. So there are still some beans in here. Tell us about this whole thing. So we had the chance to go to Saint Lucia once. So this is, uh, show you what is lookalike, the cocoa beans. So when we do a class here, we show it to the kids or the adults. So inside you. The beans of the cacao. So we create the, we not, but the company, we use Cadbo chocolate. So this is what we use the cocoa bean to make the chocolate and makes a nice little instrument the tempo of the chocolate season. There you go. So look, Valentine's Day, one of your Big, big days here. Yes, so, uh, folks can come in and just kind of like put a box together. Yes, people love to pick and choose. So we then did a little menu, you know, with all the explanation of the flavors we have. They can pick and choose different size of the box, and then we custom made for them. They just love to pick and choose. And what are your hours? So we open until 7 p.m. every day of the week, and this is perfect for your last minute shopping. So we are here to help. You and on weekends until 6 p.m., yes, and so, uh, today till 7, yep, and then what about tomorrow? Tomorrow we're going to be open until 6 p.m., but I'm sure I'm going to be here until 7 p.m. Well, because you know those last minute last minute shopper. Yes, come on guys, let's get with the program and you know it's been Valentine's Day on the calendar for how long now? Correct? Let's not wait till the last minute, um, and you've just got so. Many great options here. All local. Yes, I mean it is fantastic what you've got. I mean, I just, it's, it's, and as we've been here, more and more people keep coming in to help out and we've had a few customers here already, correct? And we love, we love to create, as you can see now, Kim, one of our chocolati, painting a little chocolate purse, you know, and like you were showing earlier, the shoe. It's a nice thing. And then one stop shopping in Fairfield, Greenfield Hill. We have chocolate and flour. It goes well together. And what, what do you got over here while, while you're here looks delicious. It's the season. It's cold outside, so we give you, you can get a little warm, hot chocolate. Oh, that's good. That is good. Oh, Asia, I'll tell you what. This is heaven, heaven, I tell you. I could imagine. Listen, I love the variety. I saw she was making a purse, I think, over there, and you're drinking the hot chocolate. Yes, I wouldn't care if this was last minute. It's too good.
