        A Lyme man has been arrested in connection with a deadly boat accident that occurred in September at the mouth of the Connecticut River in Old Saybrook.
        Police say that Clayton Hackling was operating the boat recklessly and under the influence at the time of the crash.
        The incident resulted in the tragic loss of three lives, with six others being rescued after the boat crashed into an outer break wall.
