Give a kid a box of crayons, and they’ll usually find a way to stay busy. But give one young girl in Lodi those same crayons, and she might just turn them into something extraordinary.
Seven-year-old Danna is transforming her love of art into an opportunity on the national stage. She’s currently competing for the title of America’s Most Artistic Kid, a contest inspired by the legendary painter Bob Ross.
The competition includes an online voting component, which wraps up Thursday. Supporters can purchase votes on Danna’s behalf, with proceeds going directly to Blood Cancer United, a charity dedicated to helping those affected by blood cancers.
