        ‘It makes a difference.’ Mombies host Halloween event for Fairfield community

        Since 2016, the Mombies have raised $500,000 for metastatic breast cancer research.

        While the community was trick or treating, Fairfield’s favorite group of moms was dancing for a good cause.
        Since 2016, the Mombies have raised $500,000 for metastatic breast cancer research.
        “It makes a difference,” Mollie Melbourne says. “Just in the last couple of days, we’ve raised $36,000.”
        Donations go straight to the metastatic breast cancer research team at Sloan Kettering.
