6h agoA 34-year-old Haverstraw man is facing rape charges following a child exploitation sting conducted by Westchester police, state police and the FBI.
Authorities say Moses Goldstein used the internet to arrange in-person meetings with children.
He is being held in Westchester County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Police say they are looking into Goldstein’s history of behavior.
