The Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenport was evacuated due to a fire early Monday morning, according to officials.
Authorities say they were alerted about the fire at 4:30 a.m.
It was extinguished at 7:47 a.m. No injuries were reported.
The fire marshal is working to determine the cause.
