        Frustration remains for some commuters even with some improves to congestion pricing plan

        From Manhattan to Montauk, there are improvements in the works that are connected to the congestion pricing plan - but not everyone’s happy about it.
        Long Island Rail Road riders say they are happy with the planned improvements, but not the cost of congestion pricing.
        LIRR President Rob Free says the congestion pricing plan is a good thing for the Long Island Rail Road.
        The improvement plans include, modernizing the signal system, replacing or renewing substations and purchasing additional rail cars.
