Former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano is set to be resentenced on July 22, according to court documents.

This comes after a federal appeals court partially struck down his conviction for providing contracts to friends in exchange for bribes.

He is currently serving 12 years in prison and seeking a sentence reduction.

Court documents say he will appear via Zoom for the resentencing.
