        Emergency officials in Rockland County are warning drivers to exercise caution on the roads after responding to multiple medical emergencies Monday.
        The Spring Hill EMS deployed seven ambulances simultaneously due to the winter weather, responding to multiple accidents in the Village of Spring Valley, the Palisades Parkway, and the New York State Thruway.
        One of the accidents involved a dramatic rollover crash, with the car completely destroyed and airbags deployed.
        One person from a crash on the Palisades Parkway was transported to a nearby hospital.
