        East Quogue principal gets mohawk as school raises over $80K for special area programs

        The principal of East Quogue Elementary School is now showing off his school spirit with a new hairdo.
        Principal Michael Miller promised students he would get a mohawk if the community reached their fundraising goal for the fourth annual Wildcat Fall Frenzy.
        The East Quogue Union Free School District raised over $80,000 this year.
        The money raised at the event goes toward the district’s special area programs.
