Citizen video captured another drone that was spotted Wednesday hovering over the Brooklyn Dreams Charter School in Kensington.
The drone can be seen flying near the school building and hovering over St. Rose of Lima Church, which is right next door.
Students told News 12 they saw the drone from their window.
The timing of the sighting comes just hours after the Senate voted down a bill that would have helped law enforcement better track these types of drone incidents.
While authorities have yet to provide more information about the sighting, the FBI, FAA and other agencies recently issued a joint statement.
They said that many drone sightings are likely being misidentified as unlawful aircraft, and no sighting has been deemed suspicious so far.
News 12 reached out to the Brooklyn Dreams Charter School for comment and will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
