        Driver faces homicide charge in Stamford teen’s fatal motorcycle crash

        Hector Rolando Lemus-Portillo was charged Friday with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to yield while turning left.

        A man was arrested in connection with last May's fatal motorcycle death of 17-year-old Stamford High School student Connor Wilcox.
        Authorities say the Wilcox died after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car driven by 58-year-old Stamford resident Hector Rolando Lemus-Portillo
        Lemus-Portillo was charged Friday with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to yield while turning left.
        He was released after posting bail of $60,000 and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8.
