Police: Brooklyn man charged in fatal Brownsville crash
3h agoThe FDNY says two workers were rescued earlier this morning from scaffolding in Manhattan.
The workers had been washing windows on the side of a building on Columbus Circle.
Both workers were taken to hospital in stable condition.
