David Grullon Jr. has turned himself in to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection to the shooting death of his neighbor in Danbury.
Grullon is accused of fatally shooting
Victor Quispe on Jan 8. Police said he surrendered 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
He faces
charges that include second-degree manslaughter, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver and illegal discharge of a firearm.
Grullon is currently held on a $1 million bond. The incident remains under investigation.
