Five people are facing charges in what prosecutors describe as a major drug trafficking operation that brought fentanyl, cocaine and other narcotics into Nassau County.

Prosecutors say in June of last year Nassau County detectives found unique ink stamps on envelopes with the name “Bruce Banner,” at the scenes of a fatal overdose in June 2025 and a non-fatal overdose in July 2025.

They say those stamps helped lead them to 42-year-old Jemmal Bryan of Queens, who allegedly ran the operation with his sister, Keana Bryan of Endicott, and three other people.

Prosecutors say Bryan and the others arranged hundreds of drug sales across Nassau County.

District Attorney Anne Donnelly said Bryan spoke about the reach of his operation, allegedly telling customers, "I got the whole of Long Island," and asking others if they "wanted to die tonight."

"Even as his clients told him his products were lethal, this defendant bragged that people loved it," Donnelly said.

After a year-long investigation, authorities executed a search warrant and recovered fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, MDMA, firearms, cash, and drug paraphernalia.

Prosecutors allege Bryan made more than $75,000 in six months from narcotics sales. He has been charged with operating as a major trafficker.

The other defendants charged are Ian Sharkey, 38, of Middle Island; Leo Duchnowski, 35, of Glen Cove; Jennifer Loheide, 45, of Merrick; and Joseph Giunta, 76, of Seaford.
