NOW: The threat of wildfires and brushfires continues as long as we have dry air and no rain. The Red Flag Warning (Fire Weather Warning) was issued. It won't be as windy Thursday, but it will still be just as dry. The rain we just had was not enough to dent the drought conditions that are in place across the state.
NEXT: Temperatures will be cooler than normal until the weekend arrives. That's when temperatures warm back up into the lower 60s, and that's also when the winds kick back in. The end of the week and weekend will feature more emergency fire spread concerns. The next chance of rain will be on Monday.
HIGH TIDE: Minor flooding of up to 1 foot of water above ground level is likely during the next several high tide cycles. The first Advisory goes up tomorrow morning from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
