A Clinton man accused of making terroristic threats toward member of Congress has been arrested, according to state police. Authorities say 34-year-old Christopher Moynihan threatened to kill the congress member on Saturday. Police have not revealed the identity of the congress member. Moynihan was apprehended and arraigned following an investigation. He is due to return to court on Oct. 23.
