Clinton man arrested for making terroristic threats toward member of Congress
3h agoA man and woman were killed in a double shooting early Sunday morning on Franklin Avenue in Hartford.
Police say they found Cynthia Jiminez-Pacheco and Joel Martinez with gunshot wounds.
Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene. Jiminez-Pacheco was later pronounced dead at Hartford Hospital.
A homicide investigation is underway.
