A second bitter blast comes our way Monday. Temperatures will drop back into the 30s during the day and teens at night. The gusty winds will create bitter wind chills once again. An isolated flurry is possible on Sunday. The weather will start to warm up more mid to late week with a risk of rain showers and/or a wintry mix.
