The B35 bus was given the 'Pokey' award for the borough as the bus with the highest ridership but slowest bus commute.
It comes as part of a report by the New York Public Interest Research Group, analyzing bus times across the city.
The report says the B35 bus travels at a speed of about 5.36 mph.
Commuter Ingrid Charles says because of the slow bus times, she tries to avoid the B35 if she can.
“I have the option of the 46 or the 35. I actually mostly take the 46 because the 35 is so slow," said Charles.
The MTA says things like double parked cars and street design contribute to slower bus times, and that it is working with advocates on improving rider's commutes.
