Ok, so we've seen New to New Jersey's Tony Kuta eat a whole lot of food and drinks and desserts while featuring some fantastic eateries for the best of New Jersey. So today might be right in his wheelhouse. Yeah, that's because Tony is in Chatham this morning at a deli. Tony. I, I can't even imagine what you're gonna eat this morning. It's fantastic. I'm gonna start with a Taylor egg and cheese. That's, I'm told it. Number one. Number one, Anthony Pascarella is here, Pascarella Brothers. You already here at Chatham? Been here about 15 years, but in the business, 30 years they were in Morristown for a while. Now, they focus on the Chatham store. Anthony's cooking it up for us. Anthony, how, why, why is it that number one? Who, who says you're number one? So team Taylor New Jersey says we're number one. He's, uh, definitely knows his stuff. He's must have been about 1000 of them just this week. I'm gonna do that today. You just use fresh ingredients and, uh, it's about the only secret. Fantastic. Now you have some soups going here. I mean, you guys are busy, you start early going. Absolutely. We got to jump right in. What do you got? Tomatoes? You got tomato rice here, homemade. This is gluten free. That's good fresh soup every day. We don't add any nonsense to our reents. Very basic might be no more than four ingredients. Uh This is our mushroom marsala soup. Oh, there you go. That is the gluten-free dairy free and vegan. And again, the gluten-free is important to you. Tell us it's very important. So my son Nicholas who's 19 now is diagnosed with celiac disease when he eats soup. Um So the beginning was very tough. No one knew much about it here, especially in New Jersey. It's a little bigger out west. They, they know more about it and in Europe they're better at it. Ok? Got you, got you, you guys take care of it. Anybody who comes in has celiac disease, you take care of them, make sure they are. They are extremely happy to come here and find gluten-free food where they can order like regular customers. They can order off the menu. We have a separate gluten-free prep section. The staff is glu trained. Thanks. They're very happy to come here while you're finishing those up. Let me have that finish product you have on top there keeping it warm because I'm gonna devour it in a little bit. I look at that. That is fantastic. You're gonna go out to your brother here. Let's go out and see gino for a little while back here in uh behind the deli counter. Come on out here, Rudy Bo Gino. Oh man. Gino's chopping up, cooking up some stuff. I'm gonna swing right around you here. How you doing pal? What are you making for, man? We're making some turkey sloppy Joe's right now, getting everything ready. We got a couple of catering orders to pump out the door the size of that, man. It's not for faint of heart. You, you're clearly making that for me. There's no doubt about that, but since this is done I'm gonna take a bite of this. Look. It's Pas Corella Brothers. It's the best of New Jersey here in Chatham. All right. Well, you've seen use of New Jersey's Tony Caputo on the best of New Jersey eating every type of food. So today it's just in his wheelhouse. Yep. Tony is at a deli in Chatham this morning. He already had pork roll or Taylor Ham. Taylor Ham. And we ask brothers agree, Taylor I can choose and it was delicious and it was very filling. I only ate half if I tried. He was telling me gino Pascarella here. He was telling me some story about some fool who said he could eat four of them at one point. Uh Not even close, not even close right now. Again, celiac disease and preventing issues with that gluten-free. They're really big on that here. It's very important to all of you here and you make sure those with dealing with that come in, they can order whatever they need to order you on the menu. We have a whole separate workstation where we make everything. This is our gluten-free section over here. They can have everything from a cheesesteak to meatball parm to Taylor, egg and cheese. You can have whatever you like the menu is open for you what do you make for us now? So right now we're making a gluten-free Cuban. We got a little garlic mayo, garlic mayo, garlic mayo, homemade garlic mayo, a little Swiss cheese. We got some ham and we got our homemade roast pork that looks tasty. Got some pickles. Now, some Cubans uh use mustard. But we don't, we stick to the garlic mayo and we have our own separate little gluten-free panini machine over here. It's gonna come out. Look at that. I have one ready to go for you right now as we speak. That's Stacy looking Rudy would love that right there. That's, that's right. You like that, right? I do. Gluten-free bread comes from uh Two Fields bake shop, local uh business right here in Berkeley Heights and with that tea, I'm gonna just so happy to have my buddy here. I'm gonna ditch you right now. I'm gonna go talk to uh our guy from Two Fields bake shop and he's got a gluten-free cake for us. I think this is Nick Nicolopoulos, right? I got that right. Yeah, I love getting names, right. What do you have for us here? And again, gluten-free. Yep. This is a raspberry chocolate mousse. We have crumb cakes, uh banana chocolate chip muffins, English muffins. This whole case, this whole case is spoon free. We're certified facility and nut free as well. And that's important. That's important to you as well and, and everybody in here to make sure everybody can be served whatever it is they want. You're on Instagram as well. Two fields, fields, bop, good stuff. He does that a lot even if it wasn't for best of New Jersey to chat this morning at a deli. I wanna see what he's gonna eat now, Tony. Well, we're starting in the dining room just to show it off for you. If you want to have a little guest, get together party. What have you, Pascarella brothers? Has you? Chatham can't beat it plenty of space. Where do you head on out? Now? We'll go out to where, uh, you know, all the goodness is all the food where you order, where you come in. Fantastic place. Been in business about 15 years, 30 years in New Jersey. They were in Mars Town for a while. Guys, bring it on out. What do you have for us this time? Let's, uh, take a look at what they have. We're even up on the TV. But look at that. Wow. Now gluten-free chicken parm. Ok. We have a gluten-free meatball parm sub once again, the subs come from two fields, baked shop in Berkeley Heights. Everything is gluten-free and that's again, talk about the importance of that as Anthony brings up uh some delicious soup as well, which a lot of us love this time. And I got some mushroom or salad. Some tomato rice. All homemade here. Very basic fresh ingredients. No fillers, no bases, no sauces, none of that. Just all homemade stuff here. My son has celiac disease. My son Nicholas diagnosed when he was two is now 19 years old. So it's been, it's been our whole life and we're very, very protective of all our gluten free customers. So anybody who comes in has celiac disease, they can order knowing that they're going to be good order right off the menu, like regular customers and they're, they're wide open. Most places can only accommodate grilled chicken and broccoli. They can literally order like regular people, whatever they want. Look at behind them too. I mean, this place is so busy. I mean, it's amazing since, since they opened this morning. Just working, working and getting it done. Good morning, everybody. Thank you so much. Hey, guys, you know, I'm originally from Philly. We talked about that. I'm a Philly's fan. It's all right. I know you'll get, but I noticed up there and I'm gonna give you credit for this. You got Jersey Cheesesteak. G, no, not a Philly cheesesteak. A Jersey cheesesteak. Just a Jersey cheesesteak, right and we also, we take care of our Philly people too. That really matter. It's included. I didn't even see that up there. I love our Jersey cheesesteaks. We feel like they're better than Philly growing up. Going down the shore down to Wildwood with all Philly people. So, you know it, that's the, that's so crazy about Jersey. Right? You grew up in North Jersey, but you go to Wildwood, you meet all the Philly people. You get South Jersey thrown in there, have a good stuff. Gluten-free Pascarella brothers can't beat it here in Chatham. Look at that, man. How good does that look? That is fantastic. You know what? I may order a couple of those one Phillies win the World Series. We are live in Sam Tony Caputo News. 12 New Jersey. Ladies will get it back to, you know, Lauren and I just came up with a great idea that cheesesteak should be called a Tony Caputo Cheesesteak because it has Philly and Jersey. You combine it. Voila. So Tony is in Chatham this morning at a deli. Look at that. Look at all this food and Tony. This place is also friendly to those who are trying gluten free. That's right. Gluten-free is the way to be celiac disease. They want to make sure they take care of everybody. Anthony's son has celiacs and he's a, he's an adult now and he's dealt with it for years as of you. But you want to make sure you take care of everybody here at Pascarella Brothers and all of this gluten-free most of it, most of the table sloppy. Joe is not the Italian sub is not. The pizzas are not everything else is and you make sure everybody knows that when they come in and come through the door, know his brother here, Pascarella brothers. There you go. Not too hard to figure out. And again, you got your buddy here, Nick Nicolopoulos. Yes. Yeah. Twice. Excellent. He's from Two Fields bake shop. He brought this delicious cake here as well because again, it's something you want to make sure everybody knows when they come in and they place their order. That's correct. We, we, we handle everybody. Uh His subs are fantastic though. That's what we make our subs with. Uh It's just a great collaboration between the two of us. So we take care of everybody that needs to be taken care of all the celiac. Everybody that's gluten-free sensitive. They, they're safe. Hey, Nick. This cake looks pretty good. Thank you. Raspberry chocolate mousse. Come on in and get that looks pretty tasty right there. I mean, you can't beat it. I mean, I had a little bit of soup off there a little earlier. You know, you may know me, Rudy a little under the weather today. These guys have totally taken care of us with that. You know, it's just that time of year, right? This is what you deal with when you go around. I had some tomato soup, right? Rice rice. Thank you, man. I mean, you talk about uh being satisfied when you eat something. Let's quickly talk about the Taylor Egg cheese that you have voted. Number one by who team Taylor over on Instagram number one in New Jersey. Number one in New Jersey and tipsy critic as well. That's a lot of Taylor ham egg and cheeses and you're number one. Number one. That's a pretty good way to go. Pascarella Brothers and Chatham. It's the best of them. New Jersey. I mean, look, if you can't find something you like here you don't eat. I mean, you just, you're just not into eating because this is fantastic. You see that thing right there. What, what is this Anthony? What is that? I mean? Are you kidding me? I need that for Penn State, Ohio State on Saturday. I'll devour that whole thing by myself. That is fantastic. Ladies.
