In this week's best of New Jersey. We had to Monmouth County and that is where you'll find the perfect date night, fine dining experience. Mike Rizzo has been calling it a vibe all morning. It's in Red Bank at Gabriela upscale dining, a steakhouse here in Middletown, Gabriella's steakhouse. You know, this place is cool, Frank. Show us what what this is. We have something else for another little surprise for you. Look at this. It's a speakeasy, everyone. This is so cool and there's Gabrielle in there too. She's waving us in, check out this space, everybody. This space is incredible. This is just an added flair to this beautiful place here. So Frank, tell me a little bit more about this space. About a year or so ago. We decided to open up this new room here for private events and we have another great add in addition to that vibe dining here. So this is a room that you could uh rent out. You could uh just come here on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday night and just enjoy a cocktail with a few friends. Very nice, very nice. And here at the bar, we have a couple of different desserts. We have cocktails and then we're gonna talk about the sushi in a second. But let's start here. These desserts look incredible. What is this about? This is a great little experience here. Everything is really Instagram worthy right here. We have our chef chef touches on uh one of our favorite desserts looks delicious and then we have another dessert here as well. Chef Mike, what's this one? It's so caviar tiramisu. Ooh, look at that. Caviar tiramisu. That is different. I've never heard of anything like that before. That looks incredible. And the presentation looks so great too. We have a couple of cocktails here. Signature cocktail right here is our Scorpio season and as everybody knows, our Espresso Martini is one of the greatest drinks that we're known for here at the restaurant. And the drinks are very colorful, looks like uh you got a nice little selection here as well and sushi now this is different. Uh Tell me Frank why sushi, you know, we decided to do something a little different. It's a little added, you know, bonus here to the restaurant. A lot of people do enjoy it. You know, Gary and I are biggest fans of uh sushi here. This is one of her favorite dishes. So, Gabrielle, what, what is this? This is the signature surf and turf roll. It has Alaskan king crab inside topped with a five wagyu steak. So adding that extra flair to the food, uh, putting the steak and the sushi together. You, you've seen that? It took my breath away when that presentation of that dessert came out. I'm telling you this place has it all a speakeasy, private event, space, intimate dining and it has that what they call vibe dining. I love that so much. Check it out right here in Middletown.
