It's Tuesday and that means it's time to check out another spot that makes up the best of New Jersey. And this week, meteorologist Mike Rizzo brings us the Middlesex County for some sweet treats just in time for the summer. Brown butter bourbon, truffle, ice cream Marla. This is awesome. I'm so glad you like it. It tastes so I can't even describe it. It's like almost a decadent dessert. A a truffle, a turtle like you know what I mean? Uh It's delicious. So you have very good flavors here. What do you have? What's your variety? Like? Our variety is traditional up to New and exciting like brown butter burger. And this right here is one of the best sellers. Yeah, people come far for this. She says, so what other popular flavors do we have? We have everything from dark chocolate raspberry truffle staple items like our mint chocolate chip cookies and cream Rocky Road, coconut, coconut, chocolate almond toffee flavors. What's the kids' favorite flavors? Kids and adults both like the little blue panda. So we have ice cream. We also have cakes too, right? So we a standard cake that you can come in and grab and go all the time. It's a vanilla sponge cake with vanilla chocolate ice cream and crunchies. And then we do our specialty cakes. We have everything from uh Oreo Madness and we have a banana split. We can, we can get very creative with ice, so creative and crazy cakes. You got some delicious ice cream. I'm gonna finish this up right here. But then we gotta dig into those cakes coming up in just a bit.

It's a vanilla sponge cake with vanilla chocolate ice cream. Our delicious cookie crunch that we make in house right in the middle and then we make an uh banana split on the outside. So it's a banana split ice cream cake. I'm sure like you take that to a party, you take that to a barbecue, you take that to any function. Uh that person will be award winning for sure, just like you. That's amazing. And what about this one? This is our Oreo Madness. This has a vanilla all vanilla ice cream, um Oreo cookies and fudge inside and then we bring everything right outside finishing with our um giant Oreo ice cream sandwiches on top and it looks perfectly balanced too. The texture of that as well. Carefully designed looks amazing. And of course, that is our standard cake that's available. Grab and go here in our store. It's a vanilla sponge cake with our vanilla and chocolate ice cream with the cookie crust in between. So you are open all year. Yes. And you could customize your cakes. Like you said, we customize any two flavors of ice cream that you love with a, with a topping. We can make it happen. Marla. This is awesome. I'm so excited to check this out. You have to check out the ice cream house here in the Clara Bart neighborhood of Edison because it's like taking a trip down to the Jersey shore, getting your favorite snacks, but just close to home and in a nice and vibrant downtown area, Marla, this place is amazing. You've done a great job and it's award winning too, right? So taste the Middlesex. You won a couple of awards from them. It's, it's incredible, you know. So we have crepes here. What this I mean? Look at this, everybody, Marla tell us about this. That's our bubble waffle and we make them fresh to order. So you come on in, you tell us you'd like one, we make one in three minutes for you and we can top it with any of your favorite toppings that's made with Graham Central Station ice cream. It sounds like this is for me for sure. And then we have a crepe which is totally customizable. You have a whole different menu or a whole list of items that you can put back with. You could customize your own. You could choose one of our favorites. That one is just a plain powdered sugar crepe with some ice cream on top. You have vegan options as well. We have vegan and sugar free options. You can customize anything that we have here, including milkshakes and this place has a little bit for everybody. They have delicious desserts. Marla is amazing. Everybody. You gotta come down just to meet her and listen. Where's our Taylor Swifty Swifties? Right? They have a guitar here with Taylor Swift, an authentic Taylor Swift guitar. I think that's really cool. You know, you, you just have a whole different mix of so much here. Thank you guys for this.
