Jeff Vargon shared with News 12 a video of a crash that took place at the intersection of Lorillard place and East 188th Street on Oct. 6.
He says the intersection is dangerous for pedestrians.
For the past four years, he says he has advocated for speed cameras, crossing guards and more police in the area.
Vision Zero data shows multiple people have been hurt at the corner over the years.
