At the scene, a silver Toyota was seen smashed against a light pole and two other cars behind it. That Toyota was being driven by a 79-year-old man.

The victim was shot in his neck and head area and then taken to a hospital in critical condition.  

Bronx families return to Crotona Park Pool following weekend shooting

Officials said 18-year-old Saniyah Cheatham was detained and inside of the 41st Precinct in Longwood when she became unresponsive.  

People who lived in the area said they saw a large police presence Monday morning and had no idea what happened, but they called the incident scary. 

Police said the victim was shot in the left arm and right leg and was stable at Harlem Hospital.
