5h agoNine of the 12 suspects arrested in connection with the missing Patchogue teen found in Islip last month are being indicted.
Court records state that Alton Harrell is facing a new top charge for first-degree kidnapping.
Daniel Soto is also charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He has pleaded not guilty.
Others are facing similar charges including sexual abuse, sex trafficking, endangering the welfare of a child, kidnapping and more.
The nine defendants are expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
