Four people are now on the run after violently robbing a man in Hunt’s Point.
Police say that the incident happened on Aug. 11 at 4:45 a.m. on East Bay Avenue and Barretto Street. Four people went up to a 24-year-old man. Three of them were armed with a gun and demanded the victim give them his property. One person punched the victim on the face.
The four robbers took his jewelry, a wallet, bank cards and a house key. A fifth person was waiting inside a sedan and they all took off toward Barretto Street.
